Shipping Information
At Sacred Kaos, we strive to provide timely delivery of our bold adornments. The following policy outlines the shipping process and expectations for our customers.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. The exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 to 14 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during promotional periods or after business hours may take longer to process.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, if available, so you can track your package’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only offer shipping to Australia. Shipping outside of Australia is not available at this time, but we are excited to announce that international shipping is coming soon!Please stay tuned for updates on when shipping to international locations will be available.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Sacred Kaos is not responsible for any issues or delays arising from the delivery of goods to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
We also do not take responsibility for any issues with third-party delivery services (such as shipping via a third-party address or courier handling services). If your package is mishandled or lost during the third-party shipping process, please contact the relevant carrier directly for assistance.
Customs and Duties (for International Orders)
For international orders (once available), please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping cost. Sacred Kaos has no control over these fees, and we are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Items
Sacred Kaos is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped. However, if you have selected a tracked or insured shipping option, please contact us immediately if your package is lost or damaged, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or any details after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once your order has been processed or shipped.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, customers will also be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the replacement item.
